Hairband - Velvet Royal Blue

These headbands have a plastic core and are generously padded to give around a 2cm height. They have also been fitted with smooth braid underneath for a polished look. 

Headband is sized for adults and measures:
Width (at widest point): 40mm (43mm with padding overhang)
